A: We are located on the quiet north end of Estero Island. When you come over the bridge onto the island, make a right turn at the bottom of the bridge. We are halfway between the bridge and Bowditch Park, located at the northern tip of the island.
A: All units are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The maximum guests allowed in any unit is 6, and that is only if the unit has a sofa bed. All others sleep 4.
A: Our building contains 38 condo units; all are individually owned. The building has 7 levels. Levels 1 through 6 have 6 units each and level 7 has 2 units.
A: Yes, pictures of each unit in the rental program can be found on the Cane Palm Beach website under the Rentals tab.
A: Every unit has a screened patio that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico as well as the master bedroom having a window to the Gulf. The kitchens are fully equipped and there is a dining room table, as well as a table and chair set on the patio. All units have at least one television set; some units also have DVD’s. The units are 950 square feet.
A: During "high" season (mid-December to mid-April) condo rentals typically run Saturday to Saturday. During other times of the year, some units are available for shorter rental terms.
A: The typical minimum stay is 7 days however, some units are available for shorter term rentals during the off-season.
A: Yes, beach chairs are available for guests at no additional charge. They are located at both the pool and under the building to be taken to the beach. Guests who take chairs to the beach MUST return them to the under-building storage location and never allow them to stay on the beach over-night.
A: The pool is located on the south side of the property. Yes, the pool is heated.
A: No, we do not have a hot tub.
A: No, pets are not allowed at Cane Palm Beach.
A: Yes, wireless Internet is available in each condo unit and can be accessed free of charge.
A: Yes, there is sufficient parking for all the condo paying guests and they are not assigned in the parking lot. All cars in the parking lot MUST have a Parking Permit on display (laying on the dashboard) that clearly shows both the unit number and dates the guest will be staying at Cane Palm Beach. Cars without a parking pass are subject to towing. Parking Permits are available in the Cane Palm Beach office.
A: No, each unit is equipped with clean linens at the time of check-in. Guests staying longer than a week can exchange dirty linens for clean linens each week. Check with the office for the details on how / when to exchange linens.
A: No there are not washers and dryers in the units but there are coin operated washers and dryers in the Guest Laundry Room on the ground floor. Quarters, soap, and softener are available in office.
A: Minimum age to rent a unit is 30 years old.
A: Yes, we have pack n play's available and high chairs. Beach toys for the older set are also available.
A: Mail is delivered to the office where it can be picked up.
A: Normal office hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday. During high season, the office is staffed for a couple hours on Saturday, but the hours are not posted. Guests that arrive during off-hours are able to access their keys in the RENTAL MATERIALS box located in the outer elevator lobby. Each guest will receive instructions on how to access the box along with the code in your confirmation letter.
