Where are you located?
We are located on the quiet North end of Estero Island, away from the route for most of the island traffic. When you come over the bridge to get to the island, you make a right turn at the bottom of the bridge. We are half way between the bridge and Bowditch Park, located at the northern tip of the island.


How many bedrooms in each unit?
All units are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The maximum guests allowed in any unit is 6, and that is only if the unit has a sofa bed. All others sleep 4


How big is your building?
Our complex has 38 condos which are individually owned. The building is 7 stories and there are 6 units on each floor. 33 of the units are part of the rental program. This is the only building that we manage.


What are the units like?
Every unit has a screened patio that overlooks the Gulf as well as the master bedroom having a window to the Gulf. The kitchens are fully equipped and there is a dining room table, as well as a table and chair set on the patio. All units have at least two television sets and a video recorder; some units also have DVD’s. The units are 950 square feet.


How do your rentals work?
During "high" season (mid December to mid April) we do Saturday to Saturday rentals. There are some exceptions if a long term rental leaves during mid week. You can rent for an odd amount of days if there is a unit available during that time.


How long do I have to stay?
The minimum stay is 7 days.


Are beach chairs provided?
Yes there is a set of chairs at the beach and a set of chairs around the pool


Is the pool located near the beach and is it heated?
The pool is located on the side of our building and you can see the beach from its location. Yes the pool is heated.


Do you have a hot tub?
No we do not have a hot tub


Are pets allowed?
No we do not allow pets at Cane Palm


Do you have wireless internet access and is it free?
Wireless Internet is free and available in your rooms, at the pool, and at the patio on the beach side of the building.


Are there enough parking places on the complex for all cars and are they assigned spaces?
Yes there is sufficient parking for all the guests and they are not assigned in the parking lot.


Do I have to bring my own linens?
No the linens are provided and twice each week you can exchange your towels for clean towels, and once each week you exchange your sheets. You need to bring your own beach towels


Do the units have washers and dryers?
No there are not washers and dryers in the units, but there are coin operated washers and dryers in a room on the ground floor.


How old do you have to be to rent a unit?
Minimum age to rent a unit is 25 years old.


I have an 8 month old baby, do you have baby equipment?
Yes, we have pack n play's available and high chairs. Beach toys for the older set are also available.


If I stay for an extended period of time, how do I get my mail?
Mail is delivered to the office, where mail boxes are available for each unit


How do I pick up my keys after office hours?
Office hours are 9:00a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. During busy weekends Saturdays hours are 1:00p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Arrival during these times means keys can be picked up at the office. Outside of these hours, guests will pick up keys in a RENTAL MATERIALS box located in the outer lobby of the elevator. The key to this locked box can be found in a black lock box which each guest gets the code for in their confirmation letter. Instructions on how to operate the black lock box are also send with this confirmation letter. It is important that you bring this letter containing the code with you on your visit to Cane Palm.
